Signs of climate change in Tajikistan.
First of all what is climate change?
Climate change describes a change in the average conditions — such as temperature and rainfall — in a region over a long period of time. NASA scientists have observed Earth’s surface is warming, and many of the warmest years on record have happened in the past 20 years.
Some people say that climate change is myth, but if it is a myth then why we observe global warming and feel the effects. So how does climate change affect Tajikistan?
Let's see, Tajikistan become hotter than 20 years ago, 30% of Tajikistan glacier is melted and it doesn't STOP it still counties melting, most of the animal and species has extincted in Tajikistan in the last decade, the amount of fresh water has been decreased. Except these issues, now In May month has happened a lot of floodings that destroyed people's houses and roads, and in addition to it we face climate change everyday one day can be 34° hot , while another day can be rain and 19°, there are more hot days and fewer cold days in Tajikistan then decades ago.
We face problems with agriculture because of erosion in soil and not predictable high temperature.
These are just some signs of climate change in Tajikistan.
